Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, log in to your account at https://stitchandseek.com/account and submit a request through your Orders.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is extended if it would otherwise expire on a weekend or public holiday.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account at https://stitchandseek.com/account, go to your Orders, and submit a return or cancellation request. You may also cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled.

Once we receive your returned items, we will refund the full purchase price including standard outbound shipping costs within 14 days. We do not charge return shipping fees or restocking fees.

Please note that certain items may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, including personalized or custom-made products and sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened for hygiene reasons.
